AIU Student Housing Information
Starting college is difficult enough without worrying about finding housing on top of everything else. Minimum income requirements, leases, finding furniture and roommates: it's all a challenge. At AIU Dunwoody, we work with one of the best student-housing specialist real estate management companies in the area to make things as easy as possible for you while taking classes and studying for your degree. Our Housing Office offers affordable and convenient two- and three-bedroom same-sex, off-campus apartments located within student-friendly neighborhoods no more than six miles from the school's campus and only steps from MARTA. Conveniences and entertainments like grocery stores, banks, malls, theaters, and gyms are usually no more than a few miles away.
You can choose between shared housing or private room plans. Shared housing-where two students share a bedroom-combines the best of dormitory-style living with the freedom and ease of apartment living. If you want more privacy, it is possible to get a single bedroom within a multi-bedroom unit. Whatever option you choose, your apartment comes fully furnished, your lease is customized to fit the AIU Dunwoody school term, utilities are paid, and housing costs can be covered with financial aid (for students who qualify) and student loans. Shared housing plans for AIU students are $1,800 per term, and private rooms are $2,350 per term..
